  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery is available to major cities as well as smaller towns and remote areas (where courier services operate).

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
  • Major cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): usually 2–4 working days.
  • Remote areas: 5–7 working days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or for a minimum order value of 5,000 PKR (if applicable).

6. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • You will receive an SMS/Email confirmation once your order is shipped.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most locations across Pakistan.
  • Please ensure the exact amount is available at delivery.

8. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.
  • You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website/app to monitor your delivery status.

9. Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Public holidays
    • Courier service disruptions
    • Remote area accessibility
  • SMT Store is not liable for such delays, but we will assist you in resolving them.

10. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery,  re-delivery charges may apply.
