  • Prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

  • We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, and Digital Wallets (where available).
  • For COD orders, please ensure the availability of the exact amount upon delivery.
  • If online payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events (e.g., strikes, weather conditions).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 48 Hours of receiving the product if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit (processing may take 7–14 business days). 
  • Certain products (e.g., personal care items, opened packages) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and payment details.
  • Do not misuse our website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
