Customer Responsibility Before Purchase
Before placing an order, customers are advised to:

- Ensure you are not allergic to any ingredient in the product.
Since we are not the manufacturer, we do not take responsibility for skin reactions, allergies, or any side effects.
Artificial Jewelry Disclaimer
We also sell artificial jewelry. Please note:
- No guarantee is provided regarding color change or dullness.
- Artificial jewelry can be affected by moisture, sweat, perfume, and water exposure — this is normal.
No False Claims
- We deal only in original brands.
- No refund or exchange will be accepted based on false claims that a product is not original.
- Products that do not include manufacturer seals are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- The product is sealed, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- The product packaging is intact.
Important:
All complaints related to damage, leakage, missing items, or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
(beauty products, lingerie, nightwear, handwash, dishwash, jewelry, etc.) - Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
Return Window
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- You have 2 days (48 hours) from delivery to request a return.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- Must include receipt or proof of purchase

Refund Process
- Refund will be issued only for the amount you paid, not the retail/original price.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. - Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
The time it takes to reflect will depend on your bank/payment method.
