Products are not reserved for anyone unless an advance payment has been made.
If no advance is paid, product availability cannot be guaranteed at the time of confirmation.

After placing your order, our team will contact you for confirmation via phone call.

  • If the call is not answered, your order will be automatically cancelled within 24–48 hours.

  • Please ensure that you provide a correct and active phone number and attend the confirmation call to avoid cancellation.

  • Once the order is confirmed through the call, it will be processed and dispatched.

🚚 Dispatch & Cancellations

  • Orders are dispatched only after confirmation.

  • If you decide to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, you will be required to pay the delivery charges incurred by the courier.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframe

For all orders exceeding PKR 20,000, an advance payment is required due to courier cash handling policies.
